Committee Overview
The Robotics Sub-Committee has initiated preparations for a 3-Day Robotics Workshop aimed at introducing participants to core robotics concepts and hands-on hardware experience.
🤖 Focusing on intelligent robotic systems by combining AI with engineering to design, build, and program robots that solve real-world challenges.
Key Updates
- Workshop Planning: A structured three-day workshop outline has been drafted, covering introductory theory, hardware demonstrations, sensor integration, and a beginner-level robotics project.
- Team Assigned: A dedicated team has been formed to handle curriculum development, hardware setup, coding demonstrations, logistics, and participant coordination.
- Materials & Components Prepared: Slides, code samples, and circuit diagrams are being prepared. Essential components such as microcontrollers, sensors, and motors are being organized for the sessions.
- Hands-On Project Identified: A simple robotics project—such as an obstacle-avoiding car—has been selected to provide practical learning for participants.
